Umbral Skeletal Limb? - Guild Wars Forums

Just picked up an item helping a friend through the D'alessio Seaboard mission called an "Umbral Skeletal Limb." It seems to have no purpose, there is no description for it, but the value is 60 (significantly more than any other collector item I have ever found). Is this just a collector item or does it have another purpose?
